Recently, I spoke of the trend to use gray in many homes today. However, for those colorful individuals afraid to "show your true colors" I'm here to help. Color changes the look and feel of a room. Interior Designers use a Color Wheel as a general guide for their clients. The wheel has cool colors of blue, green and purple on one half and the other has warm colors of yellow, orange and red. Never Judge a Book by Its Cover

As the old saying goes, ‘Never Judge a Book by Its Cover’ Years ago I worked for a paint company that offered decorative home products including wall covering and soft goods. One of my jobs was designing store window displays. These included themed vignettes with wall coverings as a backdrop. People would often stop at the traffic light next to the store and gaze in at the window display. Now that I have your attention...I really am talking about shades of gray, in a home. Do you realize how many interiors are in shades of gray? As a Home Stager I recommend neutral wall colors and gray is the color of the year. However, even new home owners want gray walls.
