No time to hire a designer to come to your home? We provide several virtual services to help you with your design needs. We can work with you by phone and email to assist you with your design projects.
Floor Plans:
Floor Plan service for those people who are space challenged and can’t see how to arrange their new furniture or know what size pieces they need to purchase. We will send you detailed instructions for measuring your room . Once you send it back to Classic Design, we will generate a floor plan for your room. You will receive a scaled plan complete with furniture dimensions. We can also include ideas for what to purchase from your local stores for a small fee. Written Design Recommendations:
We offer detailed written recommendations on color, furniture styles and accessorizing along with ideas for furniture placement. This will include suggestions for where to purchase home furnishings. Send us photos of your rooms and a description of what you’d like to achieve and we’ll start working on your personalized plan . Submit form below with photo to get started.
COST PER ROOM: $150
Home Staging Plans:
Selling your home? Having difficulty getting buyers to be interested? We offer a written Home Staging plan. (This could be coupled with Virtual Floor Plans if more information is needed on how to layout the room). This includes recommendations for room layout, de-cluttering, color, and accessorizing. COST PER ROOM: $150
Email and Phone Consultations:
We offer both email and phone consultations. Send us a few photos of your room and a specific design question and for a small consultation fee, we work directly with you to help find a solution. Submit your question and photos of your design dilemma below and we’ll respond within 24 hours.
COST FOR WRITTEN RECOMMENDATION: $50
COST FOR PHONE CONSULTATION: $35 for 1/2 hour consultation; $70 for 1 hour consultation
